| Description | The film Dream Away, by Timur Bekmambetov, is a journey into a world of dreams and fantasy. Dreams have always been a source of inspiration for artists, influencing the likes of Salvador Dali, Luis Bunuel, Rene Magritte, Carlos Castaneda and many other greats, and it is through the use of a dream that we intend to inspire our audience. Using intricate computer graphics technology we will create a different reality seen through the eyes of a young girl, in which our heroine finds herself in the most unexpected dreamlike situations, kaleidoscoping through time and space as we dream a world filled with symbols and fantastical characters. Creating such an abstract film as an advertisement for a company that specializes in the construction and sale of real estate is a bold approach, as one would not typically associate real estate with the ephemerality of dreams. However, we want to show that even in the largest, most rational, bustling, and at times cold metropolises, each of us can find a place of harmony. |
