Description	Many Ukrainian paid-TV providers face the fact that some channels randomly change coding without any preliminary negotiations with the providers. We have dramatized the appearance of a simple message “No signal” on a TV screen which is an indication of a problem. We have materialized this sign and put it in the center of a common story watched on TV.
