Description | Client Belgian pub “Brugge” is Yekaterinburg’s first establishment that introduces citizens to the vast variety of unique authentic brands of Belgian beer. Mission Draw attention of the well-off, opinionated public to the opening of the pub. Solution A week before the pub’s opening we created a Facebook page for the art group “E!Comics.” It announced that the first collaboration of the city’s established artists will be a mysterious detective noire comic, featuring most well-known citizens as its heroes. These intriguing news of the art group and the upcoming comic, posted in the Internet newspaper Znak.com lead to other publications and articles in the mass media, including a mention in the news of a leading TV channel. A link to the article was posted at the group’s page. 70 celebrities, including businessmen, politicians, bloggers, journalists, TV and radio hosts, musicians, artists, advertisement and cultural workers were invited to join the “E!Comics” group and attend the grand opening ceremony of “Brugge”. At the opening ceremony of “Brugge” all attending celebrities received personalized comics, where the party taking place was depicted, as well as VIP cards, bottles of beer, and memorable key-shaped bottle openers. Result It’s advised to make a reservation in advance to get into “Brugge”, as the pub is always full. |
