The Group includes three agencies: M!xology — media, AnyBodyHome! — creative, Black Sugar — digital.

By her first education Ekaterina is an orchestra conductor and music teacher. She received her second education at Moscow State Lomonosov University, in the specialty of “Journalist”.

Ekaterina settled MOV!E Advertising Agency in 1993; in this way she became one of the founders of advertisement business in Russia.

From 1996 to 2007 MOV!E was a member of “Video International”, the greatest media advertising holding of Russia, after 2007 it left “VI” as a full-cycle independent agency, from 2009 it became a Communication Group. In 2010 MOV!E concluded a strategic alliance with Optimum Media OMD Group, in order to work jointly in the field of media services and media buying. 

In 20-years period MOV!E received more than 100 Russian and foreign awards, including those of such festivals as Moscow International Advertising Festival / Red Apple (Russia), Кiev International Advertising Festival (Ukraine), «Idea!» (Russia), «BRAND OF THE YEAR / EFFIE» (Russia), «White Square» (Belarus), Cristal (France), «Popok» (Аrmenia).

Social responsibility is a cornerstone of the C.G. business, put there by its President. This approach allowed to implement many socially important projects. By Order of the President of Russian Federation Ekaterina Selyavina was awarded a medal “For Public Services in 2002 Population Census Holding”.

In 2012 г. MOV!E President became a winner of professional media business award «Мedia Manager of Russia — 2012» in “Advertisement” category “For the most quickly growing Russian agency and the company’s billing’s growth more than twice (up to 1 200 000 000) in the last year”.
