Graduated from Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and TV with a diploma of a Film Producer.

From 1997 to 2000 worked in Leo Burnett advertising agency.

From 2000 - 2005 worked in production companies until in 2005 she created her own production company and till this day is a Managing Partner and Executive Producer in "23/32 Film" company.

Being a producer with 14 years of experience, Lesya (like no other) knows how labour intensive and creative the commercial production process can be, and will be able to objectively judge the work presented in the category of Filmcraft in Kyiv Interational Ad Festival this year.
