Irina works in advertisement and marketing communications since 2000, after having graduated from Kingston University, UK, with MBA degree and specialization in Marketing Research. 

She has started her career as the account manager with the Point, creative boutique agency in Moscow.  In 2006 in the role of Client Services Director Irina joined the team of InBrief marketing communications agency (member of Ark Group). In 2011 moved to the position of Chairlady of the Board, Ark Group. 

Irina has extensive experience in the field of activation marketing, event marketing, creation and execution of integrated large scale campaigns.  Major clients include such global brands as General Motors, Ford, JTI, Bourgeois, Heineken, L’Oreal, Master Card, Unilever, OBI, Axel Springer Russia, etc.

Effectiveness of creative solutions has always been Irina's priority in developing clients' campaigns.

In 2012 InBrief agency ranked among top 10 Creative agencies by the Association of Communications Agencies of Russia (AKAR, http://www.akarussia.ru/node/3163)
