Maxim has 9 years of experience in advertising markets of Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine.

Since September 2011 he has been Creative Director of Talan Group. Maxim is in charge of uniting creative ideas and the agencies’ expertise into integrated advertising campaigns, PR and sales promotion via consumer and trade instruments.

As a result of successful teamwork Talan Group:

-  brought back its status of #1 in the marketing services creativity ranking 2012/2013 by International Association of Marketing Initiatives;

-  was recognized #1 in 2013 in ‘Best of PR’ and ‘Best of Marketing Services’ categories, as well as #9 in ‘Best of Advertising Campaigns’ by the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition;

-  was named Marketing Agency of 2013 by the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition’s overall creativity and effectiveness ranking.

Maxim received around 70 creativity awards, 50 of which are assigned to Talan Group.
