Since 2004 he worked at various branding and advertising agencies. Since 2006 Egor was an art director at Leo Burnett Ukraine. In September 2011, together with the partners he opened an independent creative agency named "banda". 

Egor is the winner of many advertising competitions and festivals: Popok, Golden Drum, Golden Hammer, MIAF, KIAF, ADC*UA and others.
