Works in advertising since 1995. He worked at various local and international advertising agencies in Slovenia, Croatia, Ukraine.

In 2002 he founded and became the creative director of Kaffeine Communications, the local full-service agency. Among the clients were: Red Bull, Gorenje, MTS, Porsche, VW, Audi, SAB / Efes , Mitsubishi, Metinvest, Samsung, Mary Kay and many others. Some of the works created under the creative direction of Anze, were honored by important international awards (EULDA, Golden Drum, Effie, Red Apple, White square, Golden Hammer ...)

Since 2013, Anze is the President of  Ukrainian Art Directors Club ADC * UA, which works to improve the quality of creative Ukrainian market.
