Andrey founded his agency 17 years ago.  Since 2007 Voskhod is among the top 10 Russian creative agencies and currently is "Russian creative Agency of the year" three years in a row. Under his creative leadership agency has won more than 300 awards at international festivals, including: Cannes Lions, CLIO, One Show, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, The CUP, ADCE, ADCR, EFFIE, Golden Hammer, Red Apple and KIAF. Since 2012 Andrey is a member of Russian Advertising Academy.

Andrew has three children, lives in Yekaterinburg and believes that advertising can change the world.
